Interior design changes can affect procurement, cost and other disciplines even when the visible adjustment seems small. ## Verify the change in delivery

At the next relevant review, check that procurement and site work use the accepted revision. Record remaining dependencies and confirm the approved sample or specification where needed. Close the change when its effects have been incorporated, not merely when an email says approved. This preserves a coherent design and commercial history as the fitout develops.
