## Identify the transport activity and jurisdiction

## Keep dispatch approval specific

Retain the route, operator, reviewed evidence, responsible reviewers and open conditions. Recheck affected items when the vehicle arrangement, cargo or destination changes. The result should be an informed release decision for the actual movement, with uncertainty resolved or escalated, rather than a broad statement that the provider is compliant for every UAE cargo journey.
