Organized by what you're actually trying to do — pick a category to jump in.
Your Tenant Admin can configure branding, connect a mailbox, set your required vendor documents, and invite your team from the Settings area of your workspace once you've signed in.
Access is role-based and configurable per organization — your admin controls who can approve vendors, publish sourcing events, or manage users.
Add a vendor directly (self-onboarding) or connect an intake mailbox so vendor emails create profiles automatically. The vendor completes their profile and uploads documents through a secure onboarding link.
Every vendor has a review page showing their qualification score, document status, and screening results, with Approve, Request Clarification, and Reject actions.
It depends on category and risk level, but most teams start with a trade license, VAT/TRN registration, and proof of beneficial ownership. See our vendor onboarding checklist for a fuller baseline.
Upload an existing questionnaire (PDF, Word, Excel) or build one from scratch, and Vendoreye converts it into a scored digital workflow with evidence capture built in — the platform checks whether uploaded documents actually support a vendor's answer, not just that something was attached.
Create an Opportunity, publish it to a filtered list of pre-qualified vendors, and compare bids as they come in — scoring and awarding happen from the same screen. See Bid Management for the full picture.

VendorEye uses essential cookies to operate securely. With your permission, we may also use optional cookies to understand how our website and platform are used and to remember your preferences. You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time.
Choose which optional technologies VendorEye can use. Strictly necessary technologies are always on because the site and platform can't run securely without them. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Strictly Necessary
Authentication, session management, CSRF and fraud protection, tenant/organization routing, secure document uploads, and remembering this consent choice. VendorEye cannot securely provide the service you're requesting without these.
Always active
Optional convenience features, such as remembering interface preferences or optional tools you choose to use. No functional technologies are currently active on VendorEye — this category is off by default and kept ready in case one is added later.
Helps us understand aggregated usage — pages and features used, navigation patterns, performance — so we can improve VendorEye. No cookie is set and you are not tracked until you allow it; before that, at most a limited, non-identifying signal may reach our analytics provider to confirm the page loaded.
