In brief
A specialty-clinic network should be evaluated facility by facility for the access arrangement the buyer needs. A brand may have several locations with different specialties, professionals and administrative processes. Map the actual employee locations and verified clinic scope rather than assuming that a network-wide agreement provides identical access throughout the UAE.

Create a facility-specific coverage map
List each proposed clinic, address, specialty access and relevant regulator. Ask the provider to identify services delivered at that location and those referred elsewhere. Use the appropriate current verification route for each facility rather than treating one authority search as a nationwide approval.
Include practical access information such as opening hours, booking channels and accessibility details. These factors help the buyer evaluate administration and convenience, but they do not establish clinical suitability for an individual patient. Keep qualified clinical review separate where needed.
Compare booking and payment processes
Ask whether all locations use the same eligibility and confirmation process. Identify differences in fees, exclusions, insurance arrangements and cancellation conditions. A central account contact is helpful only if it can explain the local variations accurately.
For example, one branch may provide the agreed consultation onsite while another coordinates a referral to a different facility. That is a material coverage distinction. The employee should receive clear information about the provider, booking and payment route rather than assuming the service is available identically at both sites.
Examine support between locations
Ask how patients request records or arrange administrative continuity through the provider's appropriate channels when changing locations. Have privacy and legal reviewers assess any employer involvement. The commercial network should not require the purchasing team to transfer clinical records between facilities.
Review the process for a location closing temporarily or a professional becoming unavailable. The provider should communicate options to the patient and relevant parties without silently substituting a different service to meet a network coverage promise.
Approve the demonstrated access scope
Use facility verification and non-patient process walkthroughs at representative locations. Record gaps and differences in the employee guidance and contract schedule. Review performance by site rather than relying only on a network average. A useful coverage map shows where the agreed access service is actually available and under which conditions, while avoiding a blanket claim that every employee can receive every specialty service at any clinic carrying the group name.
