In brief
A managed IT provider may offer remote support throughout the UAE while delivering on-site service through a different arrangement in each location. The buyer needs to assess both. A national coverage statement does not establish that every office receives the same technical capability, attendance window or escalation support.

Map the locations and service needs
List offices, working hours, user groups and systems. Identify tasks that can normally be handled remotely and those likely to require physical attendance. Have the technical owner assess those distinctions rather than assume remote tools eliminate every local dependency.
Ask the provider which areas its own staff cover and where it uses partners. Record any different scheduling, charges or supported equipment at smaller or more distant locations.
Test a realistic on-site case
Ask how a branch reports a problem, who diagnoses it and when an appropriate person can attend under the agreement. Clarify the responsibility for replacement parts, building access and coordination with other vendors. A visit commitment is less useful if the attending person lacks the information or authority to complete the task.
For example, a provider may send a technician to inspect a device but require another team to approve the next action. The branch needs a coordinated process rather than several disconnected appointments.
Review remote delivery and data access
Identify the support locations and parties involved in remote management. Have the organisation's relevant owners assess access, data handling and subcontracting. A UAE sales presence should not be treated as proof of where all service activity occurs.
Confirm that branch-specific configuration and contact information reaches the support team. Users should not have to explain the office setup from the beginning every time a ticket changes hands.
Approve coverage by operating model
Record which locations are covered, under what hours and with which on-site arrangements. Give branch managers clear reporting and escalation instructions. Review the arrangement when offices are added or the provider changes its local partner.
Use early service records to test whether the proposed coverage works in practice. Remote responsiveness and on-site completion should be visible separately. A credible UAE-wide agreement explains how each location is supported and where limitations remain, rather than treating the number of cities on a provider's website as evidence of a uniform service.
