Confirm the legal entity issuing the offer and the company operating the trips. Ask whether vehicles or drivers come from partners and who remains accountable to the customer. Record the dispatcher and escalation contact available during the required service window, not only the daytime sales contact.
Use the relevant authority route to assess the activity and evidence required. Requirements for another location or service type should be confirmed through the responsible authority rather than assumed from a Dubai reference.
Ask how the supplier confirms a suitable vehicle and the required driver information through the customer's approved process. Due diligence should leave a colleague able to understand why this supplier fits this passenger service, without implying unrestricted approval for all transport work it may offer.
