Resolve missing assumptions consistently and retain accepted clarifications with the shipment instruction. The selected provider should know the cargo basis, service boundary and decision owners before collection. The buyer should be able to compare the full movement and judge delivery using agreed evidence, without treating a low headline rate or an attractive flight schedule as the complete air cargo service.
