Construction Supervision for 4 Stormwater Projects in UAE

Tender Overview

This contract covers the construction supervision of 4 projects.

The tender is located in AE.

Payments will be in AED.

Project Scope and Supervision Roles

The contract will cover the construction supervision of 4 projects.

Specifically, these projects are:

• Project (1): TF-06-C1: Construction of stormwater pond connecting Al Maktoum Airport and Dubai South.
• Project (2): TF-06-C2: Construction of stormwater drainage system connecting Al Maktoum Airport and Dubai South.
• Project (3): TF-07-C1: Construction of stormwater drainage system on Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Road connecting developers.
• Project (4): TF-24-C1: Connecting developers’ areas to the stormwater networks in Dubai Land.
• Supervision of the works is described in stage 7 (reference clause 3.1.1.7).
• The schedule of payments is based on position rates.
• The core team positions include: Public Relations Coordinator (local-emirati), Senior Project Controls Engineer, Senior Civil Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, NOC Engineer (Emirati local), Traffic Engineer, and Contracts Administrator.
• All other services required for efficient supervision during the construction stage and any required staff not mentioned in the schedule will be considered as office back-up (refer to clause 3.1.17 GCCSA).
• Full-time work is up to 08 hours per day; part-time work is up to 4 hours per day.
• A Resident Engineer position is also mentioned in the schedule of payments.
