Submission Requirements

A non-refundable document fee of AED 630 is required.

Tenderers must submit their offer online through the DEWA SRM System.

A Tender Bond of not less than 5% of the highest total Tendered Price is required, to be submitted via authenticated SWIFT message to EMIRATES NBD Bank, Dubai, UAE, at least 3 banking working days before the closing date.

The Tender Bond must be valid for 150 calendar days following the last date for receipt of Tender.

Tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date.
