Tenders must be submitted online through the DEWA SRM System and be valid for 120 days from the closing date.

• A Tender Bond of not less than 5% of the highest total Tendered Price is required, to be submitted via authenticated SWIFT message to EMIRATES NBD Bank, Dubai, UAE, not later than 3 banking working days before the closing date.
• A copy of the SWIFT message, signed and stamped by the issuing Bank, must accompany the offer.
• The Tender Bond shall be valid for 150 calendar days following the last date fixed for receipt of Tender.
