In brief
An electronics reseller may obtain stock from several distributors or trading channels. The buyer needs enough visibility to establish the exact product, support arrangement and ability to fulfil the order consistently. A low price is not itself suspicious, but unexplained origin or warranty claims create uncertainty that should be resolved before a bulk commitment.

Ask precise questions about the offered stock
Identify the exact model, regional variant and condition. Clarify whether units are new, refurbished, previously opened or otherwise different from the buyer's specification. The description should be explicit in the quotation and invoice, not inferred from packaging or a photograph.
Ask whether the offered quantity comes from one allocation or several sources. This can affect consistency of accessories, regional versions and delivery timing even when every unit is genuine.
Verify support claims independently where possible
If the seller claims an authorised relationship, ask for the relevant manufacturer or distributor evidence and verify it through an appropriate official channel. Do not treat a logo on a website as sufficient proof of the claimed status.
Establish what the relationship actually provides. An authorisation may relate to a product line or territory; it should not be expanded into a promise about every item the reseller offers. The written warranty and service process for the proposed units remain important.
Trace the records the buyer will retain
Confirm the invoice, model and serial-number information provided with the order. Ask how the supplier handles a manufacturer notice, a model discrepancy or a later support enquiry. The buyer should be able to identify affected units without reconstructing the purchase from informal messages.
For example, a mixed shipment may contain the same marketing model with different regional packages. A precise receiving record helps determine whether the difference is acceptable or requires correction under the order.
Assess continuity as well as legitimacy
Ask how the reseller secures stock for phased deliveries and communicates changes in source or availability. A legitimate seller may still be a poor fit for an order that requires exact-model continuity across many locations.
Document what has been verified and what remains based on supplier representation. Combine the due-diligence evidence with a representative sample and clear receiving checks. The outcome should support this purchase, not make an unqualified claim that every product or future shipment from the reseller has been independently approved.
