In brief
A housing supplier's advertised UAE coverage does not establish that it can meet the same service standard in every location. Property availability, operating partners and support arrangements can differ. Evaluate each proposed location against the employee's actual needs rather than treating a national coverage claim as a complete answer.

Start with the work and arrival pattern
Identify the workplace, expected travel times and working schedule. Assess the practical commute using the relevant arrival and departure periods rather than a single distance figure. Consider how an employee without a vehicle will reach work and essential services.
Ask the provider to identify the offered property and describe the surrounding access arrangements. A nearby address on a map may still involve an inconvenient transport connection or an arrival process that is unsuitable for the booking.
Compare local operating responsibility
Determine whether the supplier manages the accommodation directly or relies on a partner. Ask who handles access, maintenance and disputes in each location. A central account manager can coordinate the relationship, but the buyer still needs a workable local response when the resident has a problem.
Have applicable local accommodation and contractual requirements checked for the arrangement in question. Do not carry a Dubai-specific verification process into another emirate without establishing that it applies there.
Test the same scenario in each proposed location
Ask how the provider would handle an arrival outside office hours, an essential-service failure and an extension request. Compare the actual process and any limits on local authority. If one location depends on a partner, establish whether the contracting supplier remains accountable for resolving the issue.
For example, a provider may offer a reliable staffed arrival process in one building and a remote key-collection arrangement elsewhere. Both can work, but they should not receive the same evaluation for an employee arriving late with limited local familiarity.
Approve coverage at the level supported by evidence
Record the locations, property types and booking patterns that have been assessed. Expand the approved scope when additional evidence supports it rather than using one successful stay as proof of nationwide performance.
Keep the record current as partners and properties change. A supplier can remain a strong choice for a particular location while being unsuitable for another. That is a more useful sourcing conclusion than a broad rating that obscures differences the accommodation coordinator must manage on every booking.
