How to register on Dubai eSupply: Dubai government supplier registration

Last updated: 16 October 2026. Official sources checked: 16 October 2026.

In brief

  • eSupply is "the official Procurement Portal for Dubai Government Tenders". Its home page lists 40 participating Dubai government entities, including the RTA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Customs, the Dubai Health Authority and the Land Department.
  • You register from the eSupply home page ("Register Now"). The form opens after a security check.
  • eSupply's public pages do not publish a fee, a documents list, eligibility rules or a processing time. u.ae says Dubai registrations "typically" involve company details, trade licence copies and compliance documents.
  • For "immediate activation of your account", eSupply points new suppliers to [email protected].
  • Some Dubai buyers are not on eSupply. DEWA and Dubai Police run their own platforms, and Digital Dubai uses iSupplier.

The question this guide answers

How does a company register on eSupply to bid for Dubai government tenders, and what does the portal itself say about eligibility, documents, fees and timing?

This guide uses only eSupply's own pages and u.ae. Where eSupply does not state something, we say "not published by the portal" rather than guess. It is general information, not legal advice.

Who should register

Register on eSupply if the Dubai government entity you want to sell to buys through it. eSupply describes itself as "the main online portal for suppliers to participate in online bidding tenders/RFX's published by over 40 major Dubai Government entities", and says "the entire bidding process is managed online" (eSupply). u.ae calls it "the single online destination for all suppliers engaged for business with Dubai Government entities".

The participating entities listed on eSupply's home page on 16 October 2026 include:

Not on eSupply: DEWA, Digital Dubai (iSupplier) and Dubai Police use their own portals; see the UAE vendor registration guide. u.ae says DEWA and Dubai Police "have their own tendering platforms", and that iSupplier is "the tendering system of Digital Dubai".

eSupply was built as a partnership between Dubai Smart Government and JAGGAER, which provides "the underlying technology and support services".

Eligibility: mainland, free zone and foreign licences

Not published by the portal. eSupply's public pages do not say which licence types may register: Dubai mainland, free zone, other emirates or foreign. The registration form sits behind a security check, and its fields are not described publicly.

If you hold a free zone or foreign licence, ask eSupply's new-registration team before you start: call +971 56 410 0694 or email [email protected]. Then confirm with the buying entity that it will accept your licence for the tender you have in mind.

Documents checklist

Not published by the portal. eSupply does not list required documents on its public pages. The only official general statement is u.ae's, for Dubai government procurement platforms: "Registration typically involves submitting company details, trade licence copies and compliance documents" (u.ae).

Step-by-step registration

Dubai eSupply registration flowchart: check the buyer, register, complete the form, activate, bid online
eSupply registration, as far as the public pages show it.
  1. Confirm the buyer uses eSupply. Check that the entity is on the participating list on the eSupply home page, or that the tender notice names eSupply.
  2. Check your browser. eSupply links to a "System Requirements" page from its footer.
  3. Open the registration page. On the home page, choose Register Now ("New Supplier? Register now on eSupply!").
  4. Pass the security check. The registration form opens after a "Registration Security Check".
  5. Complete the form. Enter your company details as they appear on your trade licence, and upload what the form asks for. eSupply does not publish the field list.
  6. Ask for activation if needed. eSupply says: "For immediate activation of your account, contact our supplier relations team on [email protected]."
  7. Log in and find opportunities. Once your account is active, log in and open Current Opportunities. eSupply manages the bidding process online, including RFIs and RFQs.

After approval: finding tenders

To scan open UAE tenders across portals, see Vendoreye's UAE public tenders index. Coverage varies, so always confirm the tender on eSupply.

Common rejection reasons

Not published by the portal. eSupply does not list rejection reasons. These are avoidable problems worth checking first. They are our suggestions, not eSupply rules:

ICV and VAT requirements

Not published by the portal for registration. eSupply's public pages don't mention ICV certificates or VAT registration. Check each tender's documents for any ICV or VAT requirement before you bid. Our ICV certificate guide explains how the certificate works, and our tender prequalification guide covers the evidence buyers commonly ask for.
